My name is Jeffery L. Jackson. My family really enjoy coming to your facility's. It started with my baby boy. We took him to another dentist office and they were suppose to perform a specific procedure in which they were paid to perform that particular procedure. They ended up not doing that procedure but doing a procedure that he did not need, and caused him tremendous pain and swelling to his face for a long time. My son was scared to go to the dentist after that incident until my wife found out about Hiram center family dentistry. We brought him to have the procedure done, after that he is now excited about coming for his appointments. So now that I need a procedure performed my son told me that I need to go to Hiram center family dentistry because they are the best. Our entire family uses Hiram center family dentistry, we recommend this practice to everyone we know that needs dental treatment done and wants to have a great experience with it.

The staff is friendly. Was told I needed to wait 30 business days for a refund to find out that at the 30 day mark at had not even been processed yet. Was told if you leave a good review you will get $50 off your service. (Hence all of the 5 stars) I originally gave an okay review. Received no credit. The services are way overpriced. Please look around before deciding to come here.

Nice and friendly environment. The staff here made my kids and I very comfortable during our visit. Kimberly was very nice and she did an excellent job on my son's  cleaning. Teresa was very helpful with explaining the cost of everything. Overall Hiram Center for Family Dentistry delivers excellent care and service

My family has been coming here for about 6 years now and we have never had a bad experience. The front office staff is always friendly and helpful. They are very thorough about going over costs and coverages so there are no surprises. Would definitely recommend them!

Be advised... More than half the “reviews” for this place are fake. You can tell because of no picture on the account and more than half the accounts giving reviews have only ever left one review (for Hiram dentistry). Plus, think about it. Hiram is still relatively small. You think over 1000 people are going to leave a review and more than 90% be 5 stars?

People are a little pushy and aggressive. There is one girl hygienist who came off as rude and condescending throughout the exam. The overall aesthetics of the facility are nice, its very up to date to make you as entertained and comfortable but service sucks and they up charge the hell out of services you might need.
