Absolutely horrible eye doctors and staff. RUN FAR AWAY FROM HERE! My son had a clogged eye duct and needed an eye exam for school. The doctor did absolutely nothing for the clogged duct. I had to take him to another eye doctor elsewhere who immediately started treatment. Furthermore, we ordered their expensive glasses, for the added protection and the fact they gave 50% off the athletic glasses/lenses. We ordered those as well and were told they would be there within a week. We had a one month followup appointment and still had not received the athletic glasses! I had to rush order them from another doctor so my son would have some because of their inability to provide the product anywhere close to the time they said they would. Terrible service and very rude service people. No respect for the customer or military family. Worse service and eye doctor we have seen.

Wonderful experience, really thought that I was dreaming because I didn't have any problems at all!  It was just as Dr. Panda had given me the assurance of a complete recovery and that the office would be calling to check up on me the day after.  I had no problems to report, so I was so happy to let everyone know I am truly thankful for my vision and Dr. Panda and all the staff at the Hiram, Ga location.  Again thank you for my great experience.

My experience was great! I see better now than I have in years. Everyone did a great job,made me feel comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone with cataracts.

I found the staff to be professional and friendly.  However, I was very frustrated with the phones at Marietta Eye Clinic. Each time I called the number that was SUPPOSED to be for the main contact area, I got routed around to other locations. Then they would try to transfer me back but I would find myself routed to yet another location.
PLEASE find a way to let the patients contact the doctors or staff members that they want to contact. The current phone system is very aggravating!!!

It's been a while since I've been here but met a wonderful caring doctor, Dr. Michael Do.  He's extremely smart and knows exactly what he's doing.  I felt very comfortable with him, as well as his assistants, Crystal and Maida.  The girls at the front desk were also very friendly, professional, and helpful.

Thank you, Dr. Do, for helping me get my eye sight back. You are awesome. I'll see you in a month.
