I got a pedicure today, in the afternoon, and the overall experience was okay but it’s now 9pm and my nails are still not dry. All the nail polish is smudge and ruin. Not worth $22 :(

It's a great place, but they REALLY REALLY REALLY need to work on getting their scheduling straight. If you go in for a 1:00 appointment, expect them to not get to you until after 1:30.

It makes me so sad to have to write this review. I’ve been going to Hiram Nail Spa for years! I’ve always had great experiences, up until recently. Their receptionist is terrible. My name was put on the list with my phone number. I was told there would be a 30 minute wait so I said I would come back in 30. The receptionist insisted it wasn’t a problem and that they would call me when my spot was ready. I literally walked to Ulta which was right next door. I spent about 25 minutes wandering and waiting for a phone call. I never got a call so I walked back over just to find out my name had been marked off this list! So now people who came in after me are already being seen, but I’ve already waited half an hour! Once I finally get sat at a table, I found myself waiting for another half hour. During that time another customer came in saying “why didn’t you call me? You said you would once they were ready”. The nail techs felt bad she waited and started on her immediately.....yet i was still waiting. At that point I had waited over an hour and was frustrated so I left. The receptionist was unorganized, forgetful, and not very helpful.

My favorite place to have a terrific pedicure. Always busy because they do such excellent work. Walk-ins are welcome but because they are so busy an appointment is good idea. They not only do pedicures, they do nails and lash extensions and so much more. Prices are good and the people who work there are terrific.

There hours today 12pm-6pm, I arrived at 12:30pm and there's already a 30min wait.   There focus isn't getting the customers out but making sure every chair is filled including the 8 chairs they have for people waiting.    They encourage people to leave while they are waiting for their turn but still take walk-ins as they come.    I ended up here because of shear convenience only.  I normally travel the extra 20 miles and almost 45 minutes to ensure I'm serviced properly and know my time is valued.   I've heard them tell people they are short staffed but that is the same excuse they used last time I was here..... now the wait time is 40 minutes.   At what point do you stop taking new customers to ensure you are providing efficient service to the ones already here.  This is nonsense.
