Over the years have spent a lot of money here but the last 2 times I have gone in I wait 30 minutes or more just to have someone walk in and go ahead of me. I get online check in but should consider the people that have been waiting a certain time frame. Me using sports clips at this point is not happening.

Don’t sign in online, you will still have wait for people that came in after you signed in.

My husband checked in online here and the wait was 55 minutes on the website. He arrived and they had taken his name off the list and told him he wasn't there for his appointment time, less than 30 minutes after he  signed in. They then told him they could add him to the BOTTOM of the list. This makes no sense. We will never go back here again.
