A lot of history in a small city. The park guides did an outstanding job of explaining the history of the area and specific buildings. The gun museum was incredible. Jonquil & daffodils were everywhere. Check out a piece of Arkansas history.

I loved this place, so much history and there is a lot to see, you just need some time to go to all the places on the maps to see. A good place to see some history but do so with an open mind for the times as they were back then. We loved it.

very little parking. I was forced to park in a muddy pasture filed with horse manure and had to walk in it, all for $5! that was Friday. On saturday with so many people they opened new areas to park. still muddy though. with all the gravel lost around it is sad the State does not do a better job.

Great place for a wedding, the flowers are gorgeous and the grounds are well maintained. The staff is friendly specifically Sheila, ask for her and you'll be just fine
