Avoid!  After waiting 3 hrs,  I was told they took in and worked on the wrong car.  They didn't even take my vehicle in from the lot.  They then gave me a "choice" of leaving my car there or driving back the next day.  

I'd give them negative stars if I could, since it cost me an afternoon of work.  They treated me like neither I nor my time mattered.  One guy was just plain impolite and the other was constantly flustered.  I can only guess why their work is so inconsistent and variable.  I had chosen them based on the good reviews, and was willing to pay more for higher quality work.  But, UHAUL was fine.

Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone servicing their trailer. We took a 3 horse trailer in before a cross country trip to VA. We had electrical work done and had them "check" bearings, breaks, etc so that we knew we would be safe. We were told everything checked out okay.

We drove with 2 horses from Littleton and made it about 70 miles before stopping for gas and finding that a bearing had been completely destroyed, luckily we hadn't driven any further or we could have ended up with injured or dead animals and people.

We were able to bring the trailer back and the employees would not acknowledge their mistake or provide further service for us. 

We were under the impression that they made sure our trailer was safe for travel and it wasn't (wheel bearings don't go from good to bad in 70 miles). I would not take your trailer to these people if you value your safety. They should be ashamed of the "work" they did for us.

Came here after calling 30 minutes away, and they said they could try to fit me in and their day is full on appointments. I got there in the 30 minute eta i gave them, and they got my car in instantly, and installed the hitch for a great price and it was done within 30-45 minutes! Couldnt be happier with the service here

Top notch experience.  Geo was busy as heck, still helped me out and knew pretty much every specification I needed (even for a Touareg).  Fair prices and they had everything.  I will be dealing with them again.

Not a good spot to go, unless u like to be put until later. When ever that may be. Real bad customer service all I needed was one part with just a little bit of help got shut down pushed out the door wasn't no one willing to help won't be back
