Echo Park's inventory is all high quality automobiles. I have yet to see a suspect car. That's a star. It has a completely no-pressure sales experience. That's a star. The car I wanted to see was located in Colorado Springs. They moved it to the closest location to me. That's a star. The buying process was quick and painless - even though mine was a complicated transaction that most dealerships would have taken half a day to pull off. I was out in under 2 hours. That's a star. 

We did have a minor service issue - the check engine light came on. They promptly got me in to look into it and gave me a loaner (remember, nothing but high quality cars - so my loaner was great). They couldn't remedy the situation so they sent it over to a certified dealer and had it fixed on their dime. Then they threw in a tank of gas for my trouble. That's a star.
I think that makes 5 stars.

Hands down the best car buying experience we have ever had. Everyone was extremely helpful and caring and worked very hard to get us into the car we wanted. They immediately took care of a small issues we found with the car and when one more popped up the following week they took care of it immediately having it ready for us in just a couple of hours with no notice. The prices are very fair and from my experience much less then other dealers would ask for the same vehicle.

Don't go anywhere else!!! Sales staff are salaried (instead of working on commission and trying to get you into whatever THEY need to sell that day). I came in looking for a Tucson and ended up leaving with exactly what I wanted - I have some credit issues from my divorce but Aaron was even able to find me financing for about 10% lower APR than I had expected! Talk about WOW Factor!! :) I love my new car and couldn't be happier with my car buying experience. The next time I am in the market for a new vehicle I won't even consider going anywhere else. Thank you EchoPark and Aaron! you guys are the BEST!

Best car buying experience I've ever had! I will be a customer for life. Zero stress, in and out with the perfect vehicle for me in less than 2 hours, and a more than fair trade-in value for my car. I like the car I bought but Viktor really sealed the deal.  He was very knowledgeable and did everything he could to make it a positive experience.  I probably could have found a similar car at a smaller price but Echo Park was respectful of my time.  That meant a lot to me.  They had a very good selection of low mile/one owner cars.
