It was a really great experience. I went in on July 4th to get a battery for my motorcycle.  They were open (crazy), and the two guys that I talked to that worked there blew me away with their friendliness.  Actually one of my favorite experiences in retail.  I don't write reviews.  I'm done shopping, and if I go back, that's my positive review.  But the staff at this store was that good.  Professional, competent, fast, helpful, and genuine.

The service is always top notch at this store. Very helpful and courteous. My only complaint might be that sometimes the wait is a little long. Perhaps they all appreciate the service as much as I.

Batteries and Bulbs made purchasing two 6 volt batteries for my camper really easy.  Batteries were priced right and waiting for me to pick up after I ordered them online.

Montrell Abston provided excellent customer service - way above & beyond the call of duty! He personally delivered electric scooter batteries to my elderly aunt who had no way to get to the store to purchase the needed batteries.  Then he installed the batteries into her scooter for her! My aunt was thrilled and said that Montrell was was extremely nice and professional. I live halfway across the country from my aunt, but all it took was a phone call to Montrell and my aunt's distress over dead batteries was over!
