I was happy with the travel trailer I purchased and to date have no issues. But after the sale, once you leave the lot it is as if you were never there. Once I returned home I realized I left some personal items on my trade and called Dan Hayden twice and sent an email, that was a few weeks ago. I still have not heard back. The items weren't all that valuable, but to not even receive an acknowledgement, or even a follow up? Here it is over a month later, my temporary plates expired on 11/02 and I still have not received my tags. I left 3 messages for Mike Williams in the past two days and still have not received a call back in regards to when I can expect my plates. No matter what extension you call no one answers, and ext. 5 & 6 do not work. This is the worst dealer I have ever done business with. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this bunch. They will call you as many times as it takes to get the sale, but after you sign the paper they act like they don't know you.

Great RV dealership. They answered all my questions. Helped me find the camper that fit my needs. Didn’t feel any presser to buy. I would buy from them again.

South Jersey's friendliest RV dealer. Good parts department they are helpful in finding you the right parts for your RV, many parts and accessories are in stock. They also have a large inventory of new and used RVs. The service department has great techs to help you be a happy camper.

New to buying a trailer I was recommended from a person to go there. We bought a used trailer and the salesperson Johnny Black lie to us about the trailer. I personally asked if anything was wrong with the trailer and he promised us no! They delivered our trailer to our campground and when they were setting it up the heating element caught on fire! They tried several times to replaced it and they had to put a new one in with a new hot water tank which we still can't used the propane so we have to run it off electricity. We called several times and never got a phone call back. I personally asked Johnny Black if there was anything wrong with the roof He said no!!!! Lie again! Last week I noticed water leaking through our ceiling I hired a company to come check it out and they told us that the roof was rotten and has been that way for a long time! He lie to us over and over! The manager Tom is just as bad. They don't stand by their things that they sell and will not fix it properly. Last but not least is their service department that never returns a phone call. We called asking for our Title and they insisted that they mailed to us. We called them several times and than finally we asked them where did they mail it to? They had the wrong address. It is going to cost us 4,500 hundred dollars to fix the roof! I wouldn't sell this trailer to my worst enemy. I hope they read this and will fix our problems with this trailer. Please do not go to HitchRV you will be taken. I am going to post my stories all over social media because I do not want someone else to be taken!

Really nice place. Extremely good people. If you're following by GPS put 127 instead of 129 and 129 will put you in the woods other than that great place to buy an RV
