Hites was very helpful through the entire process of my father's recent passing. On-scene, Rick and Chris were the perfect blend of personal and professional as I dealt with the other authorities, and they remained patient about transporting the body until everyone had said their goodbyes. At the office itself, the receptionist was prompt and polite, and Vicky was amazing when it came to helping us decide on and execute a course of action. Overall, it's clear that as a family business, Hites places a priority on taking good care of families.

I want to thank all the Staff at Hites Funeral Home, especially Vickie for making a tough situation easier to handle. I live on the East Coast and it was the unexpected death of my cousin that brought me to Vickie at Hites Funeral Home. She was courteous, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in getting all the arrangements done for me and my family. My cousin died where he wanted and is finally home where he is loved! I appreciate all that Vickie has done for me and my family! Peace and Blessings

My friend's child died and the cremation was left cardboard box and not sealed after the urn was paid for and of course no form of kindness shown to the parents of the deceased.

Assuming they are a body broker. Terrible experience. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONES BODY THERE.

This funeral home is making an extremely difficult situation even harder to bare. They have set up so much red tape to keep me from obtaining my brothers body, to line their pockets with cash. Their front desk employee Chelsea Castle was especially indifferent and lacked any sort of empathy. Mrs. Castle refused to give me her name or her supervisors name so I could report her. I will be writing a letter to the Better Business Bureau
