Booked a room for a special winter event...was supposed to get robes with stay. No robes and no courteous call that they were out of them. Ended up leaving without staying due to other hotel guests swearing and screaming at their children out in the hallway. Wasn't given a refund...wasted money.

We stay here often when we need to get out of town for a night. Springs waiting staff always wonderful SUPER OVERPRICED but wonderful. It's that flamers or flames staff that's always rude. Especially with room service orders! The girl that answered the phone was absolutely rude. If you guys are that unhappy of a person don't choose a restaurant position. People's kids are always slamming doors in the hall or running around unattended parents leaving their kids in the pool unattended too!

My first impression of the casino was that it was small and not unlike other northern Wisconsin casinos. After being there for several hours however, I found it to be very quaint and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was positive. The slot machines were extremely tight, but that's nothing new for any Wisconsin casino. The craps table was half-sized, but new and the dealers were very friendly. Overall, I would say this was the nicest experience I've had at a Wisconsin casino and its top rating for this kind of venue on Google Places is well deserved!

Stayed here for a wedding. Didn't spend too much time at the hotel. It's nice. Had to wait forever at the restaurant bar, there was no one to be found so I wasn't even sure it was open until a girl finally came to help me. She didn't know what a cider is, which I thought was weird. And be prepared: we learned there is no Uber or even local cab service out here! But overall, it served its purpose of a needing a room to stay for 2 nights.

Food was amazing and the service was great, It was just a little too pricey for a buffet.
