The hygiene and cleanliness of this place needs to be mentioned!  Staff touching their hair or bodies, not washing their hands and then handling the food even when it rolled off to the side of the plate and touched it.  Went to the washroom and saw a chef wearing a dirty white apron just come out without washing his hands.

Ordered a red bean float drink for my kid and when it came I saw what appeared to be a very long hair mixed in the ice.  Not mine and not my son's.  Long story short, waitress basically told me to f*** off.  Would advise to stay away.  Many places with better food, better prices, better service or all of the above.

A decent place for an afternoon tea or lunch. I had a tuna sandwich, it was not bad but not too much of the tuna filling. This place is decent for a fast bite. Prices are average.

A fairly reliable food quality around town if you are looking for food in Hong Kong style. Don't expect any great service though.

Worst experience ever!!! I also saw they were on the food safety list who failed. If you bring kids, they will yell at your kid as well. They never print standard receipt to avoid taxes.

Wow worst experience I've ever had. I go to these types of cafes all the time and know not to expect much in terms of service, but it's a new low when the server yells at your table from across the restaurant for a mistake made on their part. I was at a loss for words...thankful for the strangers sitting at our table who witnessed the ordeal and proved we didn't receive our order. Food was below average but cheap... definitely not worth the experience though.
