Delicious shawarma and other middle eastern meals.  I've never been unhappy when I visit Pitalicious.  It gets insanely busy with a line out the door almost every day at lunch but they still manage to serve everyone quickly with good quality food.  There is only limited seating so expect to carry out.

Great place to grab your shawarma during lunch break. It’s fast, delicious and big portion. I always feel like all of them are nice there and quality of food is high. There are always people there because it’s just so good

The plate was overpriced at $16. Food was not very fresh. The plate tasted very sour for some reason and got me SICK. Would not go back to this place. No value or quality.

Customer experience was overall good. However, the food was absolutely disgusting. I don't know why people think the food is so delicious... which it is not. I went with a co-worker and we both bought plates. My co worker ate half before he threw it away. I ate about 75% before I had to stop and throw it away.. later on at work I threw up in the washroom. Initially I thought it may have been the garlic sauce but the overall taste of the plate was too sour my coworker confirmed it. The chicken was sour... the beef was too chewy and not tender. The potato was extremely sour as well. I've had shawarma all over this city (and overall markham shawarma is not that great) but this place may be the worst I've been too, would even extend to say even outside of markham. I will never return here again and I am quite dumbfounded as to why people like this place so much, for the price I paid (about $15~) it was a rip off and a lesson learned. Please avoid this place if you can... and look elsewhere I suggest maybe shawarma stop. sorry pitalicious you dropped the ball on this one. I dont mean to bash but this is honesty coming from the $15 i ate 75% of and threw up into the toilet.

The best Shawarma I have ever eaten comes from here. Friendly owners and staff. Very busy during traditional lunch hours, so if you are strapped for time, go a bit early, or go after lunch. Only open during "regular" business hours.
