Story

Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

Rating it lower as used the Swiss Chalet app to place the order and pay for pick up. But when I got to the store they didn't see that I paid by app and asked for my payment. Checked my bank account and see that I am charged twice. They called their office who advised them what to do. They reversed one payment but the rating is for the store not seeing the paid status. So needs improvement. Food on the other hand was good.

Food was decent for the price. Had the quarter chicken dinner with garlic shrimp and rice. Only thing lacklustre was the shrimp but expectations were not too high going in. Service was decent although it took awhile before someone decided to help seat us. Pecan pie warmed up for dessert was good.

Clean and friendly place. Fast and friendly servers went in after long time the menus are changed also the beers. I enjoyed the lunch. I will recommend to anyone. Food was good.

Came here for my sister's birthday. The service was not that good and they had to wipe our table before hand. We had not finished our order when they took away our menus and they ran out of some of the foods. The order also took forever to arrive even though there was no one at the location. In addition, I could hear employees gossiping on the background which I have never noticed in any of the other Swiss chalet locations. The soup was way too salty and the straw was too short for the water. Overall, not impressed.

Food was good here. Prices standard for Swiss Chalet. Servers were great. Has handicap friendly amenities.
