Had an inspection done by Bill last week, I've had other inspectors before and thought Bill was among the best I've used. I thought Bill did a very thorough inspection. He pointed out many issues I had not been aware of and I will be recommending him to my friends and family.

Bill Hoffner inspected our home, and afterwords we discovered a number of problems that he did not identify. These issues included plumming, windows, and the furnace. We have had to sink thousands of dollars into the home that we could have had the seller cover as part of the closing. Our friends and family were very surprised to find out that Mr. Hoffner did not notice these problems. Bill Hoffner completed his inspection in under 2 hours - and it showed.. If I could go back, I would have hired a different inspector.
