I just got my brakes done at the Lowell Hogan tire.  I called in today to set up an appointment last minute and he made it very convenient for me to get the service done.  The person was very polite and friendly.  He didn't try to up sale me on any services which I like.  I've been to other auto services and they always try to add more services.  I didn't want to wait there to get my brakes done so they offered me a free shuttle home to wait instead (Very convenient for me).   I actually got my brakes done faster than i expected.  The price was reasonable for the research i had done.  From my experience here I will differently be back for more services.

I recently took my car to Hogan Tire & Auto in Lowell after being told by another Auto place in Lowell that the noise coming from the front of my car was just normal wear and tear because of the age of my car. After reading the really great reviews online I felt confident that Hogan Auto could narrow down the issue with my car, which they were able to do! The Manager Chris was beyond helpful from day one and made sure I understood  what was going on with my car and the necessary repairs that were needed. I definitely now have a go-to auto place!

I worked with Chris in the Lowell store. I bought new tires for my Explorer after OEM tires went just 40k miles. He was helpful in selecting the tires. After the work - I had horrible road noise which I blamed on the new tires. Chris suggested it was a wheel bearing. I was skeptical since miles on the truck were only 40k. He offered a road test which I took him up on and he stayed with his diagnosis and suggested it might be covered by Ford. I took the car to the dealer and indeed Chris was right, failed wheel bearing and it was covered under Ford drive train warranty! Excellent service from Hogan tire, honest and very professional.

Can't say enough about the great experience I had at Hogan Tire in Lowell. I emailed them with details of what I had in mind for truck tires, and told them what I thought I wanted. They promptly responded with a different tire with higher ratings at a lower price. I set up an appointment and they told me it would be about 90 min to 2 hr for the installation, alignment, and a belt replacement that I also requested. Even though I arrived almost a 1/2 hr late, my truck was on the lift in no time, and I was out the door in 90 minutes flat. No surprises, no up sell attempts, just everything I asked for with a smile.

This is about the fourth set of tires I've bought from them over the years and I even sent my mother there for her tires, and they've never disappointed. We all especially like the accuracy of the online quoting with dead-on "out the door" pricing so there's never any surprises.

The waiting area is also clean and bright, with a TV, coffee/tea, water, restroom, reading materials, and a window into the shop area so you can watch them work--you know, if you're into that sort of thing. ;-)

Thanks again, Chris, Mike, and the rest of the service team. Count on my repeat business for years to come.

I had a flat tire on the way to work, I just barely made it to Hogan Tire before the air ran out. They fixed my tire fast and had be back on the road. Great management
