Amazing shop great guy's great service with a great price

I was looking for a rare exhaust pipe, and after searching for a long time I was thrilled to find it here at a reasonable price. Staff were very helpful I walked out with a bunch of parts. If you need car parts I would start here.

I went here because I needed an oil change and my usual stop (Kemps Service Station) did not have any openings the day I called. When I walked in and asked for an oil change, they first asked me if my Volvo took regular or synthetic oil. I should have walked away at this point, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. This was a mistake. 

I offered to look it up on my phone, but after a brief group talk, they said that regular would be fine. I left my car, there, and when I went to pick it up, an old man was sitting at the desk. I thought he was a worker, so I asked about my car. He couldn't hear me, so I went to find someone else. After around 5 minutes, a worker and what appered to be the old man's home health aid  came into the office and I waited another 5 minutes to print my report. He handed me a statement that listed my oil change as $64.40. That is 24.98 for labor, and 36.72 for parts.

I asked him to go over the report and he showed me that they had performed a safety inspection, check air and breather filters, and road tested the vehicle. He then stated, and this is a direct quote, "This isn't like a Jiffy Lube or any real oil change station, so the cost went up accordingly." So why did you agree to perform an oil change on my car?
Don't trust these people with your vehicle.

This place is a ripoff. I can't speak for the collision center but Wilson's service center charged twice the price than our normal shop!
