I found Dr. Holcomb and Dr. Spicer (no longer there) after going to see an old nut job by the name of Dr. Beales who had very little bedside manner and whose office looked like something from a 1970's horror movie. I left there immediately and found Dr. Holcomb. They took me right in and did my extraction (at a very low price) I might add. He is my new dentist! And there won't be another!!!!

After arriving for my appointment it took over 30 minutes before I received new patient paperwork to fill out. I was called back 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. After sitting down in the chair I noticed the antiquity of the equipment being used. The unit that holds all the dental equipment was rusted, glass was broken, unsanitary, and ancient. His instruments were not new and did not appear to be clean. When Dr. Holcomb saw me he started digging around my mouth with no gloves on and sprayed a sensitive tooth without first asking me questions. He then said he did not see a problem with the tooth that clearly has a chip and decay and two other dentists recommended I get seen for. 

I would not recommend this dentist because of the the unsanitary conditions and the lack of knowledgeable care.

I've been going to Dr. Holcomb since I was 17 years old. I tell you he is so nice, friendly, and professional that it makes the whole experience great. He does everything he can to save your teeth, and he gives you ALL the options of what to do with them. He doesn't just tell you, "This is what you need to do!" He tells what he can do, and works with you on what you decide. He has the best rates for if you don't have dental insurance. He has been my family dentist for the last 20 years, and will continue to be our chosen dentist.
