Wow !! Went to Holiday Bowl to bowl in a tournament last weekend, they have been running this for 15+years, always was a decent house shot and scoring was usually pretty good, all changed as they decided to use a sport shot pattern the 95% of people cant bowl on. I saw people with 180+ averages not even hit 100. Why would they do this?? Maybe this is their last year running it, if not I know of 30-50 people that wont be back as well as 20+ that asked us how it went, We told them to save the gas and entry fee and take their family out to dinner, a much better choice than wasting 1 to 1.5 hours to drive there and get humiliated. We will never be back.

We come here every year for the bowling tournament. They do have some young staff but they are very friendly. They play good music- very family friendly! The prices on their menu aren't horrible like a lot of bowling alleys.

Attendant was super chill and helpful. We were very inexperienced and still felt welcomed. The place was very organized. This place is awesome!!

If you would like to have a good night of fun and bowling with great customer service, DO NOT GO HERE. I went a couple weeks ago to play laser tag and was met by a women that wanted me to use the pen she pulled out of her greasy hair to sign the receipt. I then proceeded to play laser tag to only be told that the people that showed up after us were more important because they had more people. I just tried to go back today, only to realize the buisness had gotten worse. The group that i went with purchased a groupon and when we got to the bowling alley we were told that even though we had purchased a lane for six that a group larger than ours was worth more due to them paying more to the company. This is my first complaint on any company but I felt as if it was necessary due to the fact that customer service is not a part of this buisness unfortunately.
