Beautiful camp area. We stayed at group sites. Waterfront spots lack electric & water, but driveway sites have them. Nice group shelters. Bring spray and granules because there are tons of ants on site & seed ticks in the woods.

THE STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! THEY ARE MEAN, NASTY, & RUDE!!! THE OTHERS WHO POSTED THAT THE STAFF WAS GREAT, WERE NOT STAYING AT THE SAME CAMPGROUND THAT I WAS???
WE HAD FAMILY MEMBERS (AS WELL AS CHURCH MEMBERS!) WHO CAME TO VISIT US. EVERY ONE OF THEM SAID THE SAME THING, "WOW, THE ATTENDANTS AT THE FRONT GATE WERE SO RUDE & NASTY!!! 
        WE HAVE HEARD NOTHING BUT HORROR STORIES FROM GUEST AFTER GUEST ABOUT HOW UGLY THEY WERE TREATED AT THIS CAMPGROUND......AND THAT'S HOW THEY TREATED A CHURCH GROUP....WOW!?!?!?
        DO YOURSELF A FAVOR....GO ANY WHERE BUT THIS PLACE!!! & IT;S A SHAME, BECAUSE THE PARK IS BEAUTIFUL???

We had the same experience as a couple of other people had posted. The park is gorgeous, but the staff at this facility ruined it for us. 
           They screamed at us with our small children there, telling us that we were going to jail because we were trespassing! [My wife added another day to our trip (in the same name?) was it a mistake? ]  They thought that we had not checked out on time? Instead of asking politely, the older man started screaming and yelling...almost acting as if he wanted to physically fight or something? We had to call the Sheriffs Department to the scene....It was TOTALLY insane and uncalled for !!!!!
             If you like being talked down to, screamed at, and treated horribly...Holiday Campground is the place for you!!! Good luck!!!

Too many ticks, filthy bathrooms, trashy campgrounds (we found actual trash and piles of cigarette butts in ours). Nice lake but I don't think I will be back.
