Lost or stolen my comforter. Wont own up to it or reimburse me. Even though I showed them original reciept and package. Sent me home with someone elses.

They need a more professional GM! One who can at least provide some customer service for their mistakes!

Customer service is really bad. Management is aggressive and abrasive. They stained my comforter but when I asked what could be done about it, the manager became aggressive, saying he knew it wasn't his fault and I was way out of line. I currently have a complaint on file with the Better Business Bureau in which I have been accused of lying and being "just confused". I highly recommend avoiding this place. Take your business to someone who deserves it.

Customer service is HORRIBLE.  Ruined some clothing I dropped off.  When I requested replacements or store credit (hey stuff happens) they became hostile and aggressive.   I DO NOT recommend these guys.  If you do happen to speak to the manager and he finds out you are military he will threaten to call your "First Commander" on you.   Wow.   AVOID AVOID AVOID!

don't take your clothes here. They ruined a dress and would not compensate me in any way or show any sympathy for what happened.
