I can not agree with the poor reviews. Some people are never happy. Holiday cleaners has been great with me! I always ask for heavy starch because most places don't use much, but heavy starch at Holiday and my shirts can stand up on there own. I drop off every week and have never had an issue.

Lost or stolen my comforter. Wont own up to it or reimburse me. Even though I showed them original reciept and package. Sent me home with someone elses. I am out $160 and a full work day!

Had a string to my hood get lost under their care and GM just told me sorry about my luck! And that it was Ralph Lauren's fault that it happened!
