Room is clean and big, staff are all friendly specially the front desk and breakfast lady.  Breakfast and parking included in price.  As frequent traveler the most important thing of a stay overnight hotel must be cleaniness, quality inn in Binghamton did its job and way beyond service : the room is clean and big!  Thanks to house keeping what a wonderful job you have done.  Any complain?  If you really ask for one than I would say I like to have a harder mattress, it's so soft like sleeping on cloud.  Not a complain it's a compliment.  I recommend this hotel to anyone who looking to stay in Binghamton.  Good job quality inn.

No elevator.  Ice machine outside of our room sounded like an aluminum ladder being dragged and banged down a flight of concrete stairs. Softball teams that were in town were using ice machine late at night and started again at 6:00 AM. The lady at front desk asked how my stay was. There were no other patrons present. I still spoke quietly so no one else cold hear and voiced my concerns. Her response was very snotty and said "hope you have a better day!" She took my room keys and turned her back to me. The lady that was in the breakfast room was excellent. Waited on us like we were in a five star restaurant. She should work the desk and the lady that was working the desk should be behind the scenes and not allowed to deal with the public.

This hotel and my stay were excellent. Staff was amazing. Clean. And staff couldn't do enough. I highly recommend the hotel.

Best value for money in Binghamton. The hotel staff is friendly and the manager is great. Room is always clean and if there are any issues, they are resolved very quickly. I stay here often.

We were flooded out of our apartment and had to leave, not only with short notice but with our cat, as well. Luckily the Quality Inn is pet-friendly and we were able to bring our 14-year old feline with us! The room was large and very clean, but the circuitry isn't the best, as we found out when trying to turn on bedside lamps or plug in the coffee maker. That detail aside, the room is comfortable for myself, my partner, and my pet, and we're thankful to have an inviting space during our time of need!
