This B&B was an excellent choice. We called the afternoon of our stay to book and they were more than happy to accommodate us. The room was comfortable and the proprietors were able to direct us to a great local restaurant for dinner. We relaxed after our return downstairs on a comfortable couch in a room that featured an electric fireplace. We had already let our hosts know when we wished to be on our way in the morning, and a wonderful and varied breakfast was waiting for us at the time specified. We will definitely be keeping this locating in mind for future traveling in upstate NY.

I been in the place before David bought it. It's a beautiful place, elegant and vintage as it would be. My friend lives near by block. We grew up a few house away. David does nice presentment, clean yard beautiful inside. But I I've heard guest being loud and drunk at 1am, woke us up. So please if you are a guest be respectful. There is working and real people around you. This is a family friendly area. Never did quiet understand why a B&B in a neighborhood full of people. Beautiful none the less.

The Park House was very clean and welcoming. The bedrooms were beautiful and the entire house was very comfortable. I was there for a bachelorette party so we had the place to ourselves which was very cool. The location is convenient to downtown Binghamton, a very short drive and the neighborhood is pretty nice as well.

We rented the whole house and had a great stay. We stayed for two nights and I thought the price was fair for the number of people we had.
