We stayed here last weekend when we evacuated south Florida due to Hurricane Irma. The staff was wonderful and accommodating to all the evacuees. Very clean, comfortable hotel with a beautiful view of the beach and gulf of Mexico with restaurants within walking distance. Bedding was very high quality and the complementary breakfast was the best we've ever had... I want a pancake machine now!!!

Clean, quiet and modern. We stayed here in July '17. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Across hwy 90 from the Gulf. We could walk to the white sandy beach—2 min walk. Rooms on the Gulf side has a cool view of the ocean. Great quiet location minutes from Biloxi. 

I'd stay here again.

Overall a very poor experience here. Stayed 1.5 days. Booked a room here about 3 months in advance. Arrived after 5PM to check in and was told our room still wasn't ready. Had to ask the desk clerk when our room would be available and I was told to go take my family and find something to do and try back in an hour. This was after a 12 hour drive. Came back over an hour later and still had to wait several more minutes before being told our room was ready. Only got a response after I began searching for other hotels on my phone and discussing options openly in the lobby. The GM hid in his office and didn't come out to apologize or speak with us. I was just told they had a busy weekend and just couldn't keep up. Watched another guest get told his room had been given away. The room was okay, some fixtures in the bathroom were broken. Overall, the room was clean, but nothing exceptionally clean. Found food crumbs on a table. Don't bother booking or paying extra for the gulf view here, its mostly blocked by trees. The breakfast area can only can only hold about 12 people, makes for no place to sit if more than a few people show up at once. Had to leave for an emergency early during our stay in the evening around 9pm. I spoke with a different desk clerk from check in, and she acted like I was bothering her to speak with her and was rude about telling me I was going to be changed for the night anyway, which I had told her I was already aware of. They told me I would receive a final invoice by email, but after waiting a day, nothing. Sent the GM an email requesting one, nothing. Called to ask for the invoice and spoke with a rude person who told me it was sent and I probably didn't check my email correctly. Finally got the invoice sent though. If I vacation in this area again in the future, I'll stay elsewhere. If you're on the fence over choosing between this hotel and another over a few dollars, pay the difference and actually have an enjoyable experience.

We reserved a King bed, but got queen room. We could not connect to the FREE wifi. When asked for help, front desk clerk said we had to call 1 800 #. Clerk was not accommodating for a hotel listed as 3star...Our experience was definitely 2STAR.

Very nice!  Beautiful rooms and view, great breakfast, friendly staff.  The pool under the great oaks is truly amazing with a view of the beach.
