Isnt good, but also isnt bad. Ammenities are minimal and the room had a noticeable, musty smell to it. Which compared to some of the reviews I had read for the place is a minor nuisance.

Unprofessional staff. General Manager is never available. I complained about room not being thoroughly clean. Bathroom left just as previous occupant left it. I asked for towels cleaned up and checked out. I did not complain about the roaches Next day I’m charged $250 for a smoking charge. I did not smoke, did not bring anything with me to smoke on their property. Called them to discuss matter and was rudely told to call back when manager available. I have called each day since incident and told to call back next day. Wyndham customer service was no help. Referred back to manager at location who is never available . I will never spend another dime with this company!!

Really nice employees,  so kind and empathic . As evacuees,  the owner went above and beyond for not only our comfort but he only charged 50 percent of normal room fee. His entire staff were so very accommodating, any need was quickly dispatched.  Thank you  again,  we will not wait on another hurricane to come stay with  you again.

Literally if I could give ZERO stars I would! We reserved our rooms with this place 2 weeks ago and called today to let them know what time we would be arriving and they said we didn't even have a reservation!!!! Our card numbers were even given to them! Their staff is very unfriendly and cocky...LUCKILY after searching for an hour because everyone in town was booked, we called Econo Lodge which had 4 rooms and had amazing customer service as well as a great attitude and did everything they could for us! Their rooms are nicer here too!! Definitely will NOT BE GOING BACK to days inn.

I have stayed at this hotel when it was under the name of Ramada - no issues. They are now under the name of Days Inn and it is horrible! Stayed one night and will never stay again. The manager and her staff have terrible customer service skills. The housekeeping staff was on the verge of physically fighting the morning of check-out. They showed no concern about the hotel guest by using very strong vulgar language. It was very unsettling and cast a feeling of being in an unsafe environment. One guest reveled to me during check-out, her room had bedbugs and her baby was covered in bites! She was checking out to take her baby to the hospital. Her suggestion to me was next time stay at the Holiday Inn. So my suggestion to you - stay at the Holiday Inn not Days Inn!
