No roll-away beds available from what desk clerk said. Found out they were... she couldn't leave front desk to bring it to the room on first floor. Have disabled son that always uses this bed. Had to put him in bed with daughter and wife that slept at foot of bed while my other son and I slept in other bed. To top it all off.....breakfast was short on supplies. No biscuits no egg white omelettes no yogurt no chocolate milk no muffins no cereal and pancake machine was broken. Trash cans running over plus nowhere to sit. Family ate in room. We've been coming here for seven months because our disabled daughter is in specialty hospital down the street...This new management👎 is for the birds. 🙏Bring back the employees that made this place special and made people happy when they pulled off....😡

Clean Hotel, rooms are nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is okay, could add some other breakfast items to make it better. The only issue I had was the rooms were not soundproof, you could hear the TVs in the other rooms and people talking. I would rate this hotel a 3.5 out of 5.

Good place to stay if you're in the location, but our room had a loud beeping noise all night. Definitely kept me up for a bit. But the pool was nice and the rooms were clean.

This hotel has gotten so much worse then out 1st couple of stays! They charged us an extra $250 deposit when we checked and but never said anything about it until we actually checked in. Most hotels charge a $50-$70 deposit this one is $250 with no notice until check in. Breakfast was a joke. Hardly any food at all. No milk, pancakes machine didn't work, the scrambled eggs were crusty. It was awful. Front desk was less then helpful or pleasant. My family and I stay at hotels about 15-20 times a year and I can tell you this will be they LAST time we stay here.

Very disappointed, We will NEVER use this hotel again..The rooms were dusty, hair stuck on blow dryer, my daughter found a bag of donuts and candy wrappers underneath bed, which tells me they did not even bother cleaning room the Correct way!! The shower head kept falling off, and the hallways had a bad odor. I of course complained and asked for part of a refund, and front supervisor named Erika , was very short and rude, lacked customer service. She did NOT resolve my complain, she just kept sending me to managers vm , I left 3 vm and got No call back..I had to call Corporate and finally got the customer service I deserved from the get go..ifc one thing I CAN NOT stand is Poor ,customer service!! Save your money and DONT book here!!!!! 😠
