The first time I visited, the room wasn't clean but the staff was quick about giving me a different room. The breakfast bar was great. They provided a dish pack that same night. The hotel was quiet and felt like home. The man at the front desk gave me 20% off my stay when I left which was really helpful as I spent the last of my money on staying there. I would definitely stay again based on my second experience. My first experience was slightly less satisfying but that can be overlooked because of my second visit the following week. The service was much better the second week and they really tried hard to accommodate me, which is all you can ask for. I would recommend my friends stay here for sure.

Assigned a dirty room on accident. Staff was very apologetic. I think that customers should do better about cleaning up before they leave in that this home away from home. There was no bed bugs as reported. My kids and I slept comfortably. The staff was very friendly. If you stay in 106 it should be very clean, because my daughter and I cleaned it deeply.

Spend a few extra dollars and stay at Candlewood Suites. I've stayed at both recently and there is NO comparison. At Extended, they never have enough wash clothes so better bring your own. Also, better bring your own cleaning supplies and vacuum as that is not included their weekly housekeeping. This morning, went to the lobby to get coffee at 6:30. The whole breakfast area was completely empty. As usual, no one at the front desk so called the operator from my room. Whoever answered said nothing would be put out until 8:30 (supposed to be at 6am) because she was sick and didn't want to handle the food. Thing is, what little they do usually put out is all plastic wrapped so that was a very poor excuse. And most of the staff have a poor attitude - it's like they hate working here and it shows!

The place has the feel of a low rent apartment complex. I'm not sure if that's what they're going for, but if it is they nailed it. No silverware in mine or my friend's room. No cups or shampoo in mine, but he got cups. I would say inconsistent housekeeping at best. Front desk staff was meh, but not rude. The stairwell is where the trash is for the floor n it smelled accordingly. You will want to take the stairs, the elevator is terribly slow. Stains in the hallway carpet but the rooms looked freshly, if inexpensively, renovated. Not the quietest place, but you can count on a decent night's sleep.
