Spacious for a Motel 6, but economically priced. Friendly staff. Denny's nearby. The heat was effective, but had no adjustment - it was either on or off. In the "on" position, the room would get too hot. Off was too cold. Nothing in between. The room was clean. Plenty of hot water at good pressure.

I've been here over a month, I rent a studio with a kitchen and the dishes,pots and pans  are provided by the hotel. I gotta say I've haven't seen a bug and my room is cleaned all the time by the housekeepers. The staff are very friendly, & helpful. I'll stay here until I find a permanent place to settle in the area,but I have to say as far as homeless people in the area,well the hotel has no control over where homeless people wonder too. The hotel doesn't have a sign that says homeless please come camp and loiter here. When they see trouble they deal with it I've seen the staff do it. All cities have transients and crime. It's a fact of life but you can't point a finger at a business owner and say it's their fault. Some of the reviews are irrationally thinking people. Anyhow this has been my experience here. I go to work I don't bother anyone and I've had a great stay so far.

I thoroughly enjoyed the price and location.  Staff was kind and courteous.  Room was spacious and clean.  Location was centrally located between where I live in Yukon, OK and events that I was attending Friday and Saturday evening.

When I entered my room it had clearly not been cleaned; the bedding was on the floor, used towels were everywhere, and the previous guest's trash was all over. There was also no toilet paper in the bathroom. I didn't complain because it had been a long day and hoped it would at least get cleaned while I was out the next day. It wasn't. The room had cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom areas. My friend's room had a broken heater and phone. The location is very sketchy with homeless people and hookers in the parking lot. I heard cop sirens all night. We booked two nights, but after someone broke into my friend's room, slept in his bed, watched his tv, and rummaged through his stuff we decided to get the hell out and drove home early. The price is very cheap and the small amount of interaction I had with the office staff checking in and out was fine.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY THE DOUBLE BED ROOM AND KITCHEN WAS SET UP.  VERY CLEAN, NICE, AND SPACIOUS.  GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE CLERK.
WHAT I DID NOT LIKE WAS HOW THE PARKING LOT WAS A HANG OUT FOR DRUG DEALS, PROSTITUTION, AND THE HOMELESS.  I KNOW THIS FOR A FACT BECAUSE I WITNESSED IT.  THERE WAS ALSO A GUY STAYING THERE THAT KEPT BOTHERING US AND FOLLOWING US AROUND WANTING TO KNOW IF WE "NEEDED ANYTHING".  WHATEVER WE WANTED HE COULD GET US.  I GUESS IT IS WHAT IT IS BUT I WILL NOT EVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND WILL BE VERY CAUTIOUS ABOUT RENTING FROM MOTEL 6 AGAIN.  THIS SEEMS TO BE A PATTERN OF IT BEING OK FOR THAT TYPE OF CROWD AS VARIOUS MOTEL 6'S, TULSA OK. BEING ANOTHER HANG OUT SPOT
