Spent one night here, spacious room, extremely friendly staff. They are doing renovations, but yoou could hardly tell at all and they warn you in advance. Loved that I wasn't downtown Dallas, but still close enough to do what I came for. Would definitely recommend this place for an over night stay or even extended!!! Very pleased!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights. Our stay was absolutely amazing!! 1st it was easy to find right off the hwy. Plenty of parking. The outside was clean and very nice. When we arrived kimber was at the front desk. She was very nice and polite. She made us feel like she really cared. We had a room with two queen beds. Our room was very nice. We loved all the new furniture. It was very clean. Loved our pillows they were so comfy. I ate breakfast every morning. It was really good :) love the cinnamon rolls. We will be staying here again!! The only bad thing I can say is ...I wish my water could have been hotter lol but that's it. They get 5 stars for sure!!

We had a brief overnight stay here, but it was a great experience overall. The hotel has been under renovations, but there was little evidence of that; our king suite was probably one of the older rooms being renovated, but it was in good order, large, and comfortable. The staff is what made this hotel shine, from the very helpful desk clerk to the staff working the breakfast area. That kind of thing goes a long way toward a pleasant stay.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life and there policy is to take your money even if can't make it do to unforseen circumstances is any situation no matter what happens to you and that is why it gets Zero stars from me but the lowest I can go is one. I will never in my life choose them again, make sure you read the fine print because there company and hotel is money hungry.

The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. All the staff we interacted with were super friendly. Our family enjoyed the board games they had available to check out one evening too (a small deposit was required, but easily returned) . That was a very nice touch. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will purposely stay here again.
