Pleasantly Perfect! This is where we landed my first time to Texas! We were here 10 days...a couple times I had a request I was dealt with immediately! All staff is cheerful and helpful its obvious they enjoy their jobs! That makes me want to come back!! I will recommend to family and friends!

Nice room. Nice staff. Weird that volume on room television on incremented in 4's. Also central air and heat controlled by front desk.

We had above and beyond wonderful service from Rolando at the front desk. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well appointed. Great value. Our entire wedding party stayed here and none of us had a complaint.

Upon my arrival at 5 PM my room was not available… Then they recommended I go to a cheaper room that was a available. In the bathroom I noticed a dead cockroach was on the upper corner of the closet... the next morning I went to check out they charged me for the room I booked and not the room they put me in because they were behind schedule and I couldn't get into the room I booked... 40 hours later they still didn't correct the bill. I had to contact the manager who only provided the credit to my account but not the actual bill for my expense report… 72 hours later I had to contact the property again for my final bill… Although I am still waiting for that. I would not recommend this hotel ever to anybody ...it is filthy dark and the management team is incompetent!!! Check your bills!!!!!
