I am a nurse, so I am required to go to work rather the weather is bad or not. I work an hour away from my job so I found this hotel to stay for the night. I should have just drove the hour home and back to work in the am. My elerince with the woman at this
This hotel was SO HORRIBLE!! 
I’m only giving a one star because there was no option for zero. The customer service was extremely awful!! I truly cannot express how rude and mean the check in clerk was!!! I simply asked her a question about my credit card being charged to pay for the room after I made reservations online and she began to shout and speak rudely and saying she didn’t have time to answer my questions to just pay. I asked her if she was ok, and why was she acting so rudely? She did shouted insults and showed great impatience. I have never encounter anyone in a “business” environment to act so unprofessional and horrible. No one should have to work hard and pay money to people who are rude just because you need a place to stay for the night. I do not recommend this place, no matter how cheat it is and how tired you are!! I pray that this woman has a better New Year and that she learns to treat others as she would like to be treated.

Yes, the lady at the front desk is snippy. I can see her being a rude person to some. Breakfast is minimal. Every time I have ever called the front desk, even from my cell, no one has ever answered the phone.

Nice customer service, quiet halls, cleanrooms, laundry room was perfect. I would go back. I had just driven late to Texas and the hotels I drove to had no vacancy or I had to wait to 12pm to check in. When I walked in this hotel at 8am, I was told yes!! There are rooms available. I stayed 3 days. I rested and slept like a baby.

I paid 560 for one week a little expensive but I expected staff members not to steal.i had my personal towels and pillow sheets stolen from inside my personal bag also stolen was 25$ worth of spice from Dallas I got. A few days prior I thought a few of my Ativan were missing and just blew it off. Well it looks like my thought was correct. Set that aside clean room due to the daily inspection .they go in when you leave. I was warned about outside auto thieves and auto distruction from people in the neighborhood but I can see it was just slide of hand.. it was them.. as far as sleep it's nice to sleep it's clean just take all your stuff when you go anywhere and yes I mean clothes too leave nothing when you leave Everytime.

Cheap hotel, nice people, descent breakfast.  The hotel itself is rundown and a bit out of shape.  Don't expect too much for $63.
