The room was clean. We did have an issue with the air conditioner that they tried to fix but after another hour in an uncomfortably hot and stuffy room they were able to move us to another room. The employees were very helpful and friendly. The pool and waterslide is really fun for the kids. The ventilation system in the pool area was broken. We were informed by a note on the door to the pool area that the ventilation was broken and to swim at our own risk and we did but after a while the kids started coughing and feeling sick. It was unfortunate because the pool and waterside was why we chose to come here in the first place. The breakfast was delicious and there were a lot of options. Overall our stay was not as awesome as I had hoped it would be but if the ventilation system and water park was what it could be then I would consider staying again.

This hotel is incredible. Simply beautiful and well-kept. The people working here are crazy friendly and super nice and happy to answer questions if asked. The breakfast is delicious and pretty filling.

Very clean and spacious room. The front desk was friendly and accommodating. Definitely would stay here again.
