Room was very nice and comfortable. Didn't have anything that I could really call a breakfast...not enough dairy and wheat free items, also not of a very good grade of food. The eggs had some kind of concoction in them. If they would have been plain I could have had some eggs. The walls and floors of the rooms are not sound proof enough.

Convenient location to Columbus without being downtown. Recently renovated large rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff! The concierge went above and beyond when asked about a local place to get a pedicure they googled directions and called ahead to make sure we could get in! Good breakfast. Nice clean pool. Only complaint was when check out time is at 12 and housekeeping knocks on the door at 9 to start cleaning and woke us up.

Wonderful rooms just remodeled look straight out of a brand new hotel in any high-end City. And actually a great morning hot breakfast which ends at 9:30 but they still leave out the cereal and the cold items yogurt and bananas fresh fruit which I found impressive I could still eat something when I checked out. They have a nice pool and looks like they are extending their workout facility which is impressive staff is friendly just a nice place close to a Starbucks and some fast food in the area Taco Bell all of which you can walk to and hotel is right off right off the freeway. You won't be disappointed they did have me sign a no pets and no smoking paper not sure if that is true for every room but the room sure are clean and beautiful. also kind of odd but no curtains in the rooms they have two sets of roll up Shades one is a Blackout Shade and one is sort of a see-through shade I liked it because I'm always trying to trap the bottom of the curtain up against the window sill so I can block out light in the morning and of course it blows up when you turn the heat or AC on these roll up shades eliminate the need to do that,,,someone was thinking haha

We were given one of the newly remodeled rooms. Very well done. Brightly lit and plenty of outlets. There were 3 different places to charge devices including 6 available USB plugs. Bathroom was particularly nice. They had the light that wrapped completely around the mirror. Real bright. They went with the 43 inch TV. A 55 inch would have been perfect. King size bed was brand new. They are actively remodeling everything as of 12-2-2017. New carpet in common areas is obvious.

If you want your money stolen out of your room, then this is the hotel for you! If I could give it a zero star rating I would. My friend and I stayed here and the morning we were checking out, she wrote me a check for her half of the stay. I opened my wallet and put the check in a pocket with about $115 cash. We then went down to grab breakfast in the lobby. Housekeeping was out in the hallway near our room when we went down. 15 minutes later we are back and grab our stuff to leave. I stop to get gas in front of the hotel and open my wallet and guess what? No cash! I went back to the hotel and spoke to the manager. She told me I had to give her 2 days to check into things. This was Sunday. I went home and didn’t hear anything. I called on Wednesday. She said Thursday all the staff would be there and she would speak to them and review cameras and call me.Thursday passes and I hear nothing. So my husband calls on Friday. She gets very rude with him saying she has 4 jobs to handle and basically acts like we are inconveniencing her. She then calls on Saturday and says her staff all said they didn’t do it and she trusts them because nothing like that has happened before and there is nothing she can do for me. This was by far th worst hotel experience I have ever had. I will not be staying at a place where it is ok for staff members to walk in you room and steal your personal property! I hope you choose to take your business elsewhere as well!
