I am so glad we stayed here at this hotel. Rooms were very clean and everyday they serviced it. You could smell the clean walking in the door. The staff was amazing and worked together. They were very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay even better.

Crooks. They quoted us a rate that we agreed to, and I assumed all would be that way when we stayed. Instead, they changed our room to a higher rate and because I initialed the document when I got there, there was nothing I could do about it... make sure your rates are the same they quoted you. I assured the manager her staff put the wrong rate in, as I had my confirmation number and rates recorded and filed. We were staying for my cousin's wedding and had a wedding rate for Friday and Saturday, that the staff must have just entered x3. It was a Thursday room rate discrepancy that was the same as a Friday/Saturday and I asked the useless manager Jennifer, aren't those rates always supposed to be less than a regular Friday/Saturday, she said yes, but I signed. Great. Got me good. I never, ever write reviews, but this one got me quite upset.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. This place is clean, customer service is top notch, Handycap friendly indoor pool, just enough gym equipment, and good coffee.

Snafu at the front desk was handled well by the staff. Ample parking available, except when the car dealership employees from next door started arriving, and taking quite a few spots. The room was really nice, and clean. Bathroom was quite small, but, it is what it is. My only complaint would be that the refrigerator is so small and lightweight, that when I opened the door, the entire refrigerator came with it. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

This is a great place to stay for a night or two. Rooms are nice, staff are friendly, and the morning breakfasts are great. Gym and pool are kept clean. Overall, a great place to stay.
