From the moment we arrived at the Sheraton Eatontown, we were welcomed by the warm staff. When we thought we may have missed the shuttle to the wedding we were attending, one of the people at the front desk even offered to give us a ride there. The beds were super comfortable! It was a great stay.

This was a very nice hotel, they were in the middle of renovating, but that only showed a little. Some people had problems with their room keys, but staff fixed the problem quickly. The buffett breakfast (not free) was just ok. There are plenty of places that one could go for a less expensive breakfast. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Overall I would consider staying there again.

Staff very friendly. Conference room well prepared. Temperature just right not too cold nor warm. Parking is spacious.

Fifth floor is fantastic. The rest of the hotel is garbage and disgusting. Total smear to their brand. Unfortunately it's not the first Sheraton I've stayed at that is way less than average. Who gave them 3.5 stars? Maybe in 1976 it was nice.

Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds and helpful staff. The banquet rooms are spacious and decorated beautifully. Very happy while staying there.
