A quality clean room at a value price. Nice easy place to stay at without having to pay in town prices. Decent breakfast included. Free shuttle to the metro station, with access there to much of the city. It's nice to be able to visit DC and not need a car. Staff is very nice, especially Carlos, the maintenance man/ shuttle driver. One morning this week I missed the shuttle by a minute or so and started walking to the metro. He recognized me on the way back, turned around to pick me up, and then still took me to the metro. Nice to see people caring. I've stayed here 3 different times now.

Great Breakfast...Theresa was always friendly, helpful and courteous. Carlos (driver, toilet fixer, and part time maid) was great. Very courteous and prompt with service to metro and local restaurants. As for housekeeping, rooms have substandard linens. Two times we had to request sheets be changed due to stains or being threadbare. It is strongly advised that you read the reviews on suggested restaurants in the area of shuttle service. The Fish Market is more of a bar...definitely nottttt family friendly. Food was expensive and mediocre. The Italian one is good and more family oriented. Would not stay here again.

Great Breakfast...Theresa was fun, friendly, helpful and courteous. Carlos our driver gave prompt courteous service to metro and local restaurants. Front desk personnel was also courteous and helpful. Seems owners need to upgrade linens and carpet. Please read the reviews on restaurant suggestions in the area of shuttle service. The Fish Market is a bar. ..a loud bar...not clean and ..definitely nottttt family friendly. Food was average and expensive.. The Italian one is good and more family oriented. Not sure I would stay here again. Best thing here is breakfast and it is quiet.

The room and breakfast were great, but the staff was outstanding, especially Theresa with the breakfast staff. She is a loving and genuinely good person, she made a point of telling us goodbye and wished us a safe trip home. Loved her!
