Had good experience.  One person to check you in on the evenings.  Elevator was close to check in desk.  Pool house was warm, jaccuzi hot, pool was warm, had enough pool towels for family.  Had double queen room, which had sleeper sofa also! so we were not too crammed in just 2 beds was nice!  Bathroom was clean.  A lot more space in room than most hotels, so that is a big plus!  Breakfast of coffee, eggs, breads, pancakes, fresh fruit, juices, sausage, or cereal for free was nice way to walk out of hotel in the morning.

Close to the freeway, which can be both good and bad. If you get a room on the back side of the hotel, you don't really notice it. If you're like me, you sleep right thru it (it's not too bad, Winnemucca traffic is slower). Breakfast is good. Fitness center is pretty small and extremely humid due to proximity to the pool. Rooms are nice. Staff is great.

Kind of spendy for a nights stay at a suite. Huge room but telephone didn’t work and walls are paper thin. Didn’t sleep well due to constant noise of some kid running above us. This happened at 6 in the morning. Went downstairs to the front desk to complain and they said they will take care of it.
Noise from above continued till 8 am. Checked
out feeling tired. Overall, bad experience. Will not be coming back.

Great location. There's a casino and Mexican restaurant right next door. Pool and spa and breakfast is delicious.

Room was nice, beds seemed to be clean. Didn't have time to checkout the pool. Vending machines ate like $3 in quarters before displaying the error message that it was out of water. My only real complaint was that the lobby smelled terrible, like some sewage backup, but I think it was from the casino next door, which smelled 500x worse, they had a bunch of fans everywhere to blow it out, and it must have been going into the hotel. The breakfast was actually pretty good, everything from eggs and sausage to cereal and pancakes with fruit and yogurt. Low pressure shower, but I guess that's pretty much standard nowadays.
