The room was a great value! It was clean and comfortable and only one exit away from a variety of restaurants. I would stay there again.

First of all, I booked this room 2 weeks in advance and stated in the comments that I would like to check in at 8 pm because of the distance I was driving. We checked in but we didn't go straight into the room we went to dinner. We came back and someone else was in our room in the shower. I had to go back to the front desk and admin stated his boss sold our room. They had to put us in another room with one bed then I had to ask it to be complimented since it was their mess up. Lonnie agreed. Well I get my bank statement and they charge me $181.75 on 5/13/17. So I called them on 5/22 about the issue and he stated they were fixing it. It should be back in my account on Monday or Tuesday. I checked my account this morning and I was not refunded. I was charged again. This is the poorest serving I've ever encountered. I will never book with any Holiday Inn ever again.

The bartender was very nice and helpful. The food was well made and had good flavor.

Nastiest hotel I've ever stayed in!! This is a bait and switch hotel. The front lobby is gorgeous so I was anxious to see my beautiful room. No such luck. There were hairs in the sink, toilet didn't look like it had been cleaned in a month, shower off it track and hairs on floor, water was yellow, greasy fingerprints all over microwave, heavy dust on all pictures and bed headboards, then I went to take a shower and they gave me two conditioners and no shampoo! And there was nothing I could do because I was already wet. I took several photos and wish I could post them here. If you saw them, you would never stay at this hotel again. I went downstairs and showed the person at the front desk and he was appalled. He asked what he could do. I told him I'd like 5 large towels so I can make a trail from my bed to the bathroom, which I did. This is unacceptable!! You would think the manager would spot check these rooms at least once a week. It's clear he or she never goes in the rooms...what a shame. I will be sending a letter to the home office and include the photos I toook. I am a gold member and prefer to stay at Holiday Inns but now I'm second guessing. May have to switch to Hampton Inn. At least their rooms are clean!!

Rooms were expensive for not having a fridge or microwave. There were wires hanging out of the ac unit, not safe for my baby to be crawling around. Our bathroom was flooded when we walked in. They did clean it up quickly. But that's something that should have been taken care of ahead of time.
