Night staff, young lady,  very knowledgeable.   AWESOME room.  Very roomy, clean and bed is very nice.  Extra blanket a huge +  Location fantastic.   Will be our get away  in Biloxi  from now on.  Hope to get the same room each time!

Check in was quick. Room was very nice and clean. We got the jacuzzi suite which is very spacious. Has a pull out sofa with extra linen in the closet space. We didn't use it, but its nice to have. Big flat screen tv. We couldn't change the channel from the bed for some reason,  but it wasn't a big deal. The jacuzzi is nice and big. The bathroom had a walk in shower. Overall we really enjoyed our overnight stay.

There was a "glitch" upon check-in with our prepaid room. While the staff was helpful, it still left us waiting nearly 30 minutes.  There was A LIVE roach in the bathtub. The room smelled like beer. We won't be back

We had a very relaxing weekend here! Breakfast was good! Bed was relaxing!

Awesome stay! No complaints. Everything was clean including the hallways, elevator, and the parking lot. Reasonable along with complimentary breakfast.
