We have leased two vehicles from here so far and have had pretty good experiences both times. Before we leased our CX-5 we shopped around at a couple of other dealerships for different awd vehicles. None of them were as friendly, helpful, and accommodating as holiday, which is why we came back here. My one complaint is that for the CX-5 we ordered the cargo tray to protect the cargo area when we go on camping trips. It was on back order and while we did receive the floor mats we ordered we never got the cargo tray. I emailed and called several times and the sales person I was working with never got back to me, so we never actually received the cargo tray that I assume we are paying for in our lease.

Very very nice staff here! Always bring my car here and they take such good care of it. Free popcorn, cookies, and water while you wait. Buck the service consultant is very nice and keeps you updated on how your car is doing and get you in and out very fast! Highly recommended!

I did the online chat at about 6:15, told the person I was speaking with I would be there in about 45 min. Arrived at 7:10. They had the vehicle pulled up and started when I got there. We test drive it while they appraised our trade. Came back to a fair trade in value, completed the paper work. They close at 8:00 but John Krug and an individual from the finance department stayed to get the paperwork complete. We left about 9:05 with our new vehicle. Kudos to the John and the staff! Will def recommend to any one looking for a vehicle!!!

Went to Bergstrom's Mazda, was given the old school salesman BS and a joke of a offer on both trade in and price. Went to Holiday (ask for Tom) and walked out with the car I wanted and price. Awesome!
