Made an appointment with Tom Williamson to look over a couple of Ram pickup trucks, he took the time to have vehicles ready to test drive before I arrived. After deciding which one I liked best, Tom got my trade in evaluated quickly and arrived at a very fair value. Tim over in finance, got right on prepping all the paperwork once Tom and I arrived at some numbers. Tom had the vehicle prepped while I did paperwork with Tim. These folks are really coordinated, I was on my way back to Milwaukee in short order, satisfied that we had reached a fair deal all around. Probably the best car buying experience I have had in 40 plus years. Kudos to Summit Auto for an excellent buying experience! Highly recommended!!

Beware I live a further distance from this dealer. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them. The first transaction was 5 years ago and was a good experience . However something has changed. The second vehicle was purchased early this year and is an expensive late model truck taken in as a trade and I was told it was completely gone over. Not the case as when I took it to my local family owned service center which I have trusted for 20 years said they didn't even change the oil it was black which makes sense since the change oil light came on a month after we purchased it. The front and rear differentials were low on lubricant, even the air filter was black. I called the service department said they were undergoing a change and the service might have been overlooked? Really? It looks like they took it in trade and put it right out on the lot. Don't believe all the 5 star reviews........ I'm done with this dealer.

I was having some issues with my 2013 Jeep Compass after contacting Ryan the General sales Manager at Summit he quickly responded and made sure that it was serviced properly. I cannot say enough as far as their service and how he went above and beyond what was necessary in order to resolve the issue . The whole entire team from sales to service work together in order to make the experience less stressful . They get. a 5 star from me 👏👍

Kraig was an amazing help with purchasing our new vehicle! The whole experience with him was friendly yet very professional. From our initial test drive to his follow ups, Kraig was very patient and professional as my wife and I shopped around to make sure we were getting the best car for us.
