First time staying here. It is well maintained and clean. The restrooms and showers were really clean. The pool was very large and warm. Our kids loved it! Everyone was friendly and our dog was welcomed as well. The rv spots were very tight and it took more than a few times to get our trailer to fit just right. If you are looking for privacy this isn't the place for you. You are on top of each other. It is walking distance to downtown and the beach. They also don't allow your kids to use their skateboards but you can bike around the park.

We live in Henderson, Nevada so Pismo is our escape during summer. This is our fourth stay at Holiday and always enjoy it. Very friendly, clean, good laundromat, within walking distance of almost anything in Pismo and a short drive to everything  interesting in the area. I have no qualms recommending Holiday to anyone.

LOCATION!!! Can't get any closer to the main strip if you tried. Would of been 5 stars but had noisy neighbours who woke us up at 6am... During quiet hours.

Stayed here in August of 2017, quite frankly the RVs are jammed in here on concrete or asphalt so tightly you can hear your neighbors eating dinner. Extremely crowded and doesn't even feel like you are in a beach setting even though it is across the busy highway. Good luck driving through this place too , it seems everyone there has a dog to walk and as aforementioned space is super tight. It is the preverbial "can of sardines" type of camping/ RV'ing.  Would have been more relaxing in a tent at the park. . Don't leave anything behind because the staff had my credit card for over a week and couldn't mail back a wedding ring, had to finally get a friend to go over and retrieve it from them , very poor service from the front desk.  It got so ridiculous my wife had to call the desk and ask why they had my credit card for over a week but had not mailed the ring back yet, they accused her of being rude for checking on it. LOL what world they are living in I am not sure. Would not recommend this place to an enemy. Find some grass and some space for your RV in other words : some real peace.

All your basic needs are met here. Showers, restrooms, pool, jacuzzi, laundry, and hookups. Great location with only a 7 minute walk to downtown with restaurants and entertainment.
