This is THE best RV Resort near Pismo Beach, CA. You need a reservation. Lots of grass, well maintained sights, great restaurant, clean restrooms, well stocked store. Great views of dunes, creek & ocean. Pet friendly. Game room, pool & much more. Sort walk to town, shops, pier - we love it!

The only reason I gave this place a 2 star was because of the beautiful beach and shop they have. Other than this there is nothing good to say about his RV park. It is always full to capacity. Tons of noise with many people walking back and forth past your RV. No privacy whatsoever. Hot rod cars and old clunkers driving about all over the place. God knows how many kids. We were made to Park next to the gated entrance with vehicles coming in and out after midnight. Could not get a good nights sleep. The worst aspect of the park is that you are parked on a clay base with no concrete pad. This means that when it rains it turns into a sea of mud that you are tracking into your RV every time you go out. It is also very dangerous as when this clay is wet it is very slippery. This is shameful for a premier RV resort. They are charging an horrendous amount of money for an overnight and you are put into a substandard RV space. On that said, I do not know how all the other people accept this. Maybe they do, maybe they don't but never complain. Our 4 days here at this resort was meant to be enjoyable and relaxing. Instead it was a nightmare made worse by the sea of mud that we had to live in as it did rain for 2 days. Rain is not the problem. It is the mud on the sites that is created by the rain. We will be telling all our RV communities to stay clear of this mud pit of an RV park Dennis J Ross driving a Thor Tuscany 43 ft motor coach

Wonderful RV Resort with 400 sites, all sites just a few short steps to beautiful Pismo State Beach! Onsite amenities include a well stocked general store, cafe, arcade, laundry, bike rental and miniature golf. Resort is within walking distance from Pismo Beach downtown, fishing pier, restaurants, Monarch Butterfly Grove, and more. We found all staff to be very welcoming and helpful at all times.
