The employees are not all amazingly in love with their job, and it shows. But some really care and try. There was a beautiful young lady who helped get more lids for my huge drink as soon as she could. Another lady complimented my hair. The store is kept mostly clean and to be fair they are always busy. I've had a few not so nice employee experience but none that changed my opinion on the place.

SENT TO HOLIDAY STATIONSTORE CUSTOMER SERVICE I am a long time Holiday StationStore Customer. Yesterday at about 4pm I went to purchase fuel after buying some groceries at Cub. At the fuel pump it would not read my TCF Debit card but did read my Cub Rewards card for .20 discount per gallon. A voice over the loudspeaker told me I had to come into the store to pay for the fuel. I went in and complained about the reader not accepting my card but did accept my Cub Rewards card. The young man acknowledged that they were having issues with the card readers. Then a lady approach and interrupted asking how much fuel did I want to purchase? I said I want to fill it up, she said we need an amount that is the only way we do it (quite gruffly). At that point I became angry and said I did not want to buy fuel at that store. The lady acknowledged that and told me to have a good day. After a interchange like that how could I have a good day. So I went up the street and filled up at BP. Three things happened here; you lost a sale, you may have lost a customer, and I lost my .20 a gallon discount. This is the second time I have had issues with this station, previously I did purchase fuel but only received a .10 discount when I know I had more coming. I went in and questioned that and a rude young lady told me I needed to talk to Cub about the shortage they had no control over the amount and she just walked away. This type of customer service is prevalent in today's business world but that is not an excuse I just felt you needed to know this is the way I felt I was treated. Maybe you have so many customers that it does not matter, but it seems this station only has a 1.9 * out of 5 for some reason. I am likely to tell my friends about my negative experience at this store just to add to the 1.9*.JUST PLAIN RUDE DESCRIBES IT BEST

What can I say about Holiday other than a convenient store for gas and quick pickups

Quite a few of their employees are just rude. The only good employees there are Josh, Michelle, Ashley, Tyler, Carrie, and Tonja. The only ones with GREAT customer service. Magnificent customer service from those 5 very specific employees. Unfortunately, with one good 🍎, there comes 3 bad ones and have you seen all the new faces there.. To say the least, Michelle (Nightshift manager) takes care of that store and works her butt off keeping that store clean and stocked so every one of her customers leave happy and satisfied. She runs her shift like a champ and keeps her employees busy. 😊😊😊😊 Every store has pros and con's. I think the store is capable of being a good store if they widened their variety of people working there and got rid of the bad seeds.

Great place. Great staff. Some customers want to be pampered. The staff really tries to help their customers. Lived in this area a long time and never had a problem at this store.
