Terrible, I call to check on my stuff told it's out for shipment. It never shows. Call again they say they are behind 2 days. Now it's been 6 days. Call again they tell me my one big item will be delivered today. Still hasn't shown up. My other item which was ordered 2 days earlier to my big item now is sitting on a trailer because they told me it's was going to a residential address. BS I have the tracking info and the address is the same as the big item. Can't depend on them for nothing and I run a trucking business with delivery dates and I always get it done. Hard to keep your business going waiting on these guys. Never again. Stay away. Told me I can't come get my stuff either which is BS. Better to drive 10 hrs to go get my own stuff. Dont save any time with this company. They hold your stuff hostage. Then it gets damaged. Happened to a buddy of mine. Stay away.

I called checking the status of a delivery and the service was phenomenal!  They tracked for me, pushed it through and got it delivered within a couple of hours.  I even got a personal phone call from the driver letting me know he was on his way.  Highly recommend and everyone was professional and seemed like they actually cared.  Hard to find!

Holland is a terrible freight company...they lied to me about my freight being delivered.  It is a week late and they just keep making excuses!  
I still don't have it and was promised this morning I'd have it today for sure!  LIARS!  Poor communications!  They don't give a damn about their customers.  My company ships freight weekly thru a local logistics company, I have told them to NEVER allow USF Holland to come into our company again.
