Great company if you don't have to get loaded just takes them too long to load but people are great people when u get to know them plus they have over night parking lol

Drivers be warned: the reviews are accurate. I arrived within the delivery window and the first thing I'm told is that I'd be lucky if they got to me that day. It took them 10 1/2 hours to unload my trailer. Do not go in there with a time sensitive pickup afterwards because you will miss it. They have officially won my "Worst Delivery Experience Ever" award.

The low rated reviews couldn't be more accurate. I strongly urge everyone to not use this company. Their customer service is horrendous. The staff consistently lies and delivery drivers are beyond rude. This is the worst shipping company I've ever used.

We unfortunately have no choice but to use Roadrunner, because one of our vendors ships to our area only through them. Of the 6 shipments they've delivered over the last year, 2 have been lost completely (by them), and the others have all been DAYS later than the communicated delivery date. Not a single positive experience with them, and the customer service team is always incredibly rude.

Their tracking system is outdated (as in it only updates when the shipment has been picked up, not the current location). Their customer service line is a joke,  literally every time I've called the call volumes have been "higher" than average. I should not have to wait 20 minutes to talk to someone to figure out where my stuff is. Hire more staff and get with the times.

Edit: I am reconsidering my review and upgrading them to 3 stars. They delivered during their window and my crate arrived undamaged. Keep in mind that it contained an aquarium which is extremely fragile. I'm still disappointed in their tech system but the travel time was reasonable.
