This is my first time living on my own and the process has been easier then ever thanks to Tania Garza first off. She was well organized on the information dealt to me and described the amenities perfectly. The apartments are very cozy and laid back. The biggest plus is there's always security watching the neighborhood and they take your trash out for you!

So don't move here, I'm paying $857 and I have no idea why. I have a one bedroom one bathroom and my rent is only 799 and they are charging me 57 in fees. I been here 4 months and I can not wait for my lease to end I been praying a tornado comes and blows it away so I can move out early. I'm on the bottom level and hear everything footstep of my above neighbor. Sketchy people all around the property. For the same money go live at Hawthorne of Sugarloaf so much better I promise. Seen a couple spiders no biggie. I refuse to move furniture in because I know Im not staying much longer. I am not even mad just wish I went back to Hawthorne of Sugarloaf. I never do reviews but had to warn people. Please please there are better apartment​s in the area it's not worth it. I spent 6 months looking should of held out a lil longer

Not sure what building most of the other people who have given bad reviews live in but my building where I have been for 4 years has nice working families with nice children who for the most part we all keep to ourselves, my upstairs neighbor has heavy feet and occasionally he likes to turn the music up after quite hours but I report it and its taken care of. I do not want to continue living here after my next lease is up because its time to move on and from what I heard of shooting recently that doesn't sit well with me ,we had not had that issue since I have lived here. I am glad that they got security back because that is where most of the issues stemmed from not having security and the gates being broken mostly all of the time. I just have to say its an apartment and you get different people from all walks of live if you are expecting perfection in neighbors or an apartment complex that is for profit and 100 % occupancy rates you can forget it because unless you are in your own home you will have issues. I am here because of the school my son attends and he graduates soon so until then I will be here.

The staff at the front office are always friendly and helpful. When maintenance is needed it is easy to request via the apartment online page and QUICKLY handled. We have lived here for 4 years now and I highly recommend it to any seeking a comfortable and affordable living situation adjacent to just about everything you need.

I have lived at this complex for almost a year and it has been nothing but a negative experience. There have been shooting and car break-ins and the maintenance staff are horrible. The biggest issue I have is with the office staff and their lack of customer services skills. The treat the tenants as if they are of a lower class and lack the ability to show in form of genuine interest in making the complex a place that people want to live in. If you are desperate or in a bind this is a last resort. I would urge people to seek other options. No worth the money!!!!!!!!!!!
