Even though the apartments are a little older, they are very spacious and kept up very well. The staff in the office is extremely nice and helpful with any problems you may have! The complex is on the small side so maintenance responds quickly. We are really enjoying our time living here.

Yes, it's long, but I like to know a lot about where I'm moving, maybe you do too. :) Moving out of state after two years here. 50/50 on whether or not we would stay here if staying in state as rent is being raised again, but we live in one of the cheaper apartments with no upgrades, very old appliances and such. Very quiet neighborhood, away from main road. Walking distance to downtown Lawrenceville. The staff turnover rate is highest I've ever experienced. Jimmy, one of the maintenance guys, is the only one that's been here longer than me. He and Julio are wonderful, personable, knowledgeable. Really great guys. New management is meh, but old management was about the same. Site advertises pool and a lot of amenities that don't exist. It has a playground, that's it. They stepped up the landscape game A LOT over the past few months, looks a lot nicer outside. The playground is okay, it's in good shape at least. No pool, heard there was going to be one, not sure there will be. I think they are working on a fitness center while remodeling the offices. Lawrenceville Elementary school district...really great school. I have loved having my boys there these past two years. During the Summer, two different places bring lunches for the kids (always gave me some too when my boys were getting theirs) a few days a week. On Tuesday evenings, a local church group brings a bus and kids (with permission) go to a church down the street, have dinner, play and have a Bible story/craft. Pest Control comes regularly and upon request. Haven't had any real bug problems, aside from a few roaches here and there during season changes. Mostly really nice people and neighborly. We live on the end of bldg 300 and its obnoxiously close to a factory and train tracks, so it gets a little loud around 5am. If you are not on the very end, it's not too loud. Not a luxury apartment by any means, but a pretty decent place to live.

At first things were great, they had good rates and responded pretty quickly and then after they took my money for the application fee and all my information they then informed me that the rent was 200 more than what their website said and there was a surcharge for a short lease. None of this information was upfront, they decided to wait until i had already paid my money and wasted my time. Not worth the headache.

no amenities except old park, staff a bit rude in the office but outside workers are nice

From the beginning we have had problems with the employees in the office and the move in process. We moved from out of state, had relatives help with getting keys and we get here after 2 days of driving to walk into a disaster. There were bugs EVERYWHERE!! The carpet was filthy, to the point that I refused to move my things in before they had it cleaned, which lead to another full day of not being able to move in. The floors and carpet had bits of paper, bugs, bobby pins, roaches (both live and dead) You could tell the apartment had not been cleaned, countertops were filthy, blue toothpaste on cabinets in bathrooms, wads, and I mean WADS of hair in the drains, what looked like dried poop in the toilets. DISGUSTING! Paint splatter all over everything, mildew in the faucets and on the window panes. There is water damage in basically every cabinet and when we mentioned it they just laughed it off. Half of our wall outlets won't hold a plug in but apparently they can't be fixed. The windows didn't and still don't shut or lock properly. And forget putting in maintenance request as the young lady in the office will just look at you stupid and speak condescendingly to you. I have addressed this with the office multiple times since our move in and only a few things have been fixed. I keep getting the run around on everything else, "we have to call our flooring guy, we have to call our window guy, we can't touch the sprinklers". One excuse after another. Hopefully the new office manager will be better but I'm not holding my breath. Their website advertises a pool, they don't have one and won't be getting one. It also advertises prices in the $800's , not even close. Their are basically zero amenities other than the playground. The only good thing I can say is that the neighbors are awesome, and the layout is fairly good.
