Moved in March 2017 and the staff could not have been more helpful. Marnie and the other office staff did everything they could to make the unit exactly as described and ready for me to move in to. The location and the environment are perfect. It is clean and well maintained. The comments regarding communication with staff and the pricing of the units seem unfounded. I have regular communication with the staff and they are always professional and very approachable. Additionally, the unit pricing is provided prior to selecting the location as a residence. If it too high then folks have other options and should pursue them. Given the very limited apartment style living available in this area, I believe the units to be perfect for those who are not wanting to manage a purchased or rented home any longer. Final thought is that folks need to remember this is apartment living, There are certain things that come along with that for everyone to consider as they choose a new residence. Most, if not all, of those can be considered reasonable and easily resolved. Highly recommend The Preserve at Legacy Park!

I have been here for 7 months now. I have enjoyed my experience with these apartments. My neighbors are quiet and I don't ever hear loud music. I feel safe here. The maintenance team is fast working and diligent when you place in a work order. I only dealt with Marnie in the front office, i have to say she is so friendly and super helpful upon leasing. I would definitely recommend these apartments to family and close friends.

The customer service is excellent! Whenever you call to the office there's someone to answer your call and respond to your needs. The apartments are very nice and clean. I've been here 3 years now and love it. I won't be moving unless it's into a house.

I moved here almost a year ago, and I needed a 3 bedroom on the bottom floor, but they were full. A 3 bedroom with a 2 car garage came available by chance, and they were more than happy to let me switch out my lease for the appropriate fees. I don't have any issues with the office staff, and Marnie is my main contact; However, all the office staff has been good with me. The neighborhood is nice, and it can get noisy with neighbors overhead, but it is not enough to make me move, as this is apartment living. I would recommend this place to others, and I do!!  As with any apartment, new upgrades would be wonderful. I am overall pleased with my living at Legacy!!

A LIVING HELL.The only reason why we had to move here in the first place was because we were waiting on a house to be done. Before we moved in we had a man named Adrin help us pick out a one bedroom apartment. At the time he was very nice or seemed so to make a sale. He asked us if we wanted a one bedroom with a fire place and we said yes. Also may i add that Adrin said to us "its not in my religion to lie." Well a liar and a thief he is. At the very beginning we knew we would be leaving sooner than the lease so we asked how that worked and were completely fine with paying a balance to do so. Adrin told us that all we had to do was pay off the month we were leaving and pay en extra month to leave and give a 30 day notice he also said we had 12 months to pay off the extra month. He told us lots of people love that they do this and its very easy on our part to move out. As it all sounded ideal we signed off on the one bedroom with a fireplace.We asked to see the apartment with the fire place the day we signed and he told us that there was mantaince going on and we couldn't see it right away weird but we trusted him since "his religion can't let him lie". Move in day we noticed that as soon as we walked in there was no fire place, all the kitchen cabinets were uneven, there were knife marks on the counters, and stains in the carpets, and the laundry room floor was coming up and there were nails sticking out. The first thing I did was call the front desk and asked for a manager but of course the manager couldn't help us at the time so they sent another women who works at the front to check it out. As she did i saw her take notes and she told us that it would be taken  care of. A couple days went by and nothing was done about it. Every time i went to the office to find a manager she was never around, also let me add that everyone up there was VERY RUDE! Every time i went up there it seemed like another resident was fussing about something as well, and the staff was also very rude to them. Finally I got a call from a manager who said that the only thing that could do was take $10 out of our rent for the fire place and that they would have everything fixed for us. The $10 was taken out of our rent but no one ever came to fix all the other issues. After a while we didn't want to deal with the staff since they were so rude we just decided to leave it alone and be ready to move out ASAP. The apartment itself was okay but the hot tub never seemed to be working. Also every time you go to the pool make sure you have your key and pool pass or they will kick you out of the pool even if they know you're a resident.. One time we paid our rent on the very last day that it was due, let me add it was not late but the next day it would be. I didn't get off work till late and the offices closed at 6 and the rent box is inside the office. As i rushed over, it was about 5:00 as i walked in with a lot of other residents with money in hand who were trying to pay rent, but one of the staff members locked the door and told us that she had to go show someone an apartment and that she didn't know when she would be back. Finally as we all waited almost at six another staff member happened to walk by, opened the door and let us pay. Finally when it came time for us to move out we put in our 30 day notice and made sure to get a copy or receipt so they couldn't have any reason to screw us over. When we moved out we thought the worst was over but thats when the real HELL started to kick in. Let me add that we didn't pay the second months rent right away because we had other spending to do on our new home. We decided to just pay it all on the 12th month in full. One Day we got a letter saying that they haven't seen any payments from us and they charged us for all the damage that was done before we moved in. So right away i called to the office and was on the phone with a very rude lady named Lisa.I told them that Adrin told us that we had 12 months to pay off the remaining balance she told us no. Overall they are THIEVES AND LIARS DONT MOVE IN HERE!!!!!
